Our Bespoke Process
Every piece is created one at a time — shaped entirely by hand.
The journey is collaborative, personal, and deliberate.
Private conversation (virtual or in-person) to understand your vision, story, occasion, and preferences.
Payment: None at this stage.
Up to 3 initial concepts presented as sketches/renderings.
Payment: 50% deposit required to begin (non-refundable — covers materials research and time).
Refine the chosen concept until you are fully satisfied.
Payment: None additional.
Source GIA-certified stones (if applicable) and begin crafting.
Payment: Remaining 50% required before production starts (covers stones, gold, and full craftsmanship). All payments are upfront to secure materials and atelier time.
Final inspection, photography, and secure worldwide delivery (or personal collection).
Payment: All complete.

- Lead time: 4–12 weeks (depending on complexity and material availability).
- Deposits and payments are non-refundable after work begins, as each piece is made specifically for you.
- Accepted methods: bank transfer or credit card (secure link).
